Rehabilitation of the Urca Casino New Creation Center

Abstract

The vestiges of the palatial Urca casino in Rio de Janeiro are recovered to function as a multipurpose space. The ruin, the vegetation that has invaded it and some secondary structures, superimpose their characteristics and qualities to enable an open operating space. The project is reduced to just enough. The careful work of representation makes the projected time present.
